• As a user that is tech savvy, I want to use a command line-based solution, since I am familiar and comfortable with CLI thus I can be most efficient.
• As a user with tight budget constraints, I can set a budget for the month, so that I can track if I am sticking to my financial goals
• As a user who does not like to keep track of things myself, I can log and track my expenditure monthly budget goals on Bamboo, so that I don't need to track it myself.
